Consignment of finished pork products was delivered to temporary storage warehouse OOO “AlphaTransTerminal” in Smolensk. 5 ton-consignment was destined for a legal entity in Moscow. During the veterinary examination the specialists from the Rosselkhoznadzor Administration for Bryansk and Smolensk Oblasts found that meat products were accompanied by an invalid veterinary certificate.

In accordance with submitted documents and labels the products were produced at Italian establishments No. CE IT 677L, No. IT2086L. But the meat products themselves were marked with the veterinary brands of Italian (IT588L) and French (FR 79 246 002 CE) producers.

Besides the type of products and information about the abovementioned French establishment were not indicated in the table of issued pre-export certificates.

Also there were some corrections in the submitted certificate which were not certified by the signature and stamp of an official veterinarian.

It was decided to return the consignment to the consignor.
